Labeled emails as calendar events
Every hour, Leta adds a Google Calendar event for each labeled conversation in Gmail, read from its newest labeled email, then removes the label.
Combine Gmail + Google Calendar and move meetings into your inbox. Just ask Letaido's AI agent and watch it do the work.
Use this Gmail Google Calendar integration to turn emails into events and book meetings.
Every hour, Leta adds a Google Calendar event for each labeled conversation in Gmail, read from its newest labeled email, then removes the label.
Leta books the meeting time you agreed by email, if it's still open, invites everyone with a Meet link and drafts the confirmation.
Ask Leta to answer a meeting request; it reads the email, finds three open times on your calendar and saves a reply draft offering them.
Each weekday morning, the agent reads your recent emails with today's outside guests and emails you one short prep brief.
Google adds bookings from Gmail to your calendar. Jobs that need judgement sit on top.

| Letaido AI agent | A schedule, or when you ask | Any email you label added as an event, meetings booked at the time agreed in a thread, reply drafts offering your open times, a morning prep brief from your email history | Neither app has an event trigger in Letaido, so a new email can't start a job; the label job checks every hour. Gmail needs your own Google Cloud OAuth client |
| Events from Gmail and Create event | Gmail spotting a booking email, or you, one email at a time | Flights, hotel and restaurant reservations and ticketed events added on their own; any other email turned into an event from the message's More menu, with its subject, text and recipients copied | Events from Gmail only covers confirmations, not emails you're cc'd on or sent to a mail list, and is off by default in the EEA, the UK, Switzerland and Japan. Create event works one email at a time |
| Gemini in Gmail | You, from an email or a draft | An Add to calendar button on emails that mention an event, and Help me schedule, which suggests times when you and your guests are available in your reply | Needs an eligible Google Workspace or Google AI plan. Add to calendar is English and web only and adds no other guests |
| Zapier | A Gmail trigger such as New Labeled Email or New Email Matching Search, or a Google Calendar event | Fixed recipes such as creating Google Calendar events from new Gmail emails. Replying with open times needs a multi-step workflow you configure, using Find Busy Periods in Calendar and Create Draft Reply | You build and maintain one workflow per job. Gmail triggers poll on an interval, and reading a date out of an email needs Quick Add Event or an extra AI step |

Yes. Google adds flight, hotel, restaurant and ticket confirmations from Gmail to your calendar, and you can create an event from any email one at a time. Letaido adds jobs with judgement on top: Leta turns the emails you label into events, books meetings agreed by email and drafts the replies.
Connect Gmail with your own Google Cloud OAuth client, then connect Google Calendar on Google's consent screen. After that, describe the job in chat, or paste a prompt from a job on this page.
Label the email To Calendar in Gmail. Every hour, Leta adds one event for each labeled conversation, reading the date, time and place from its newest labeled email, then takes the label off. It works for any email, not only bookings and tickets, and a conversation with no clear date keeps its label.
No. Neither Gmail nor Google Calendar sends events to Letaido, so a new email or a calendar change can't start a job. Jobs run on a schedule, such as every hour, or when you ask.
Replies and confirmations are saved as Gmail drafts for you to send, and the label job invites nobody. The prep brief is the one email Leta sends, and only to you. When you ask Leta to book a meeting agreed by email, the guests get the invite because the request asks for it.
Gemini in Gmail adds an event or suggests times when you click, and needs an eligible Google Workspace or Google AI plan. With Zapier, you build and maintain one workflow per job, and replying with open times needs a multi-step workflow you configure. Leta reads both apps in one job and uses judgement, like reading a time zone from an email or checking you're still available before it books.
